Payment Terms
Courses/Assessments must be paid for in full when booking in order for your position on the course/assessment to be reserved.
Courses/Assessments that are postponed or cancelled more that seven days prior to the start of the booking will incur an administration fee of £150 with the remainder of the costs being paid back in full.
Courses/Assessments that are postponed or cancelled within seven days of the start of the course will not be reimbursed and you will be liable for the full cost of the course.
Purchase orders must clear prior to the start of the course.
AM2 Re sits that are cancelled with 7 days of the booking will incur a cost of £25% of the re sit value.
