Payment & cancellation terms

Payment Terms — Not Including AM2

• Courses/Assessments must be paid for in full when booking in order for your position on the course/assessment to be reserved.
• All course/assessment booking amendments are subject to the following charges:
• If a course/assessment booking is amended due to a requested change of date, location, and/or candidate(s) 31 days or more prior to the course/assessment start date, then no administration fee will be charged.
• If a course/assessment booking is amended due to a requested change of date, location, and/or candidate(s) 21–30 days prior to the course/assessment start date, then an administration fee of £75.00 + VAT will be charged per candidate place amended.
• If a course/assessment booking is amended due to a requested change of date, location, and/or candidate(s) 15–20 days prior to the course/assessment start date, then an amendment fee totalling 50% of the original course/assessment cost will be charged per candidate place amended.
• If a course/assessment booking is amended due to a requested change of date, location, and/or candidate(s) 0–14 days prior to the course/assessment start date, then an amendment fee totalling 100% of the original course/assessment cost will be charged per candidate place amended.
• Purchase orders must clear prior to the start of the course.
• Please note that prices quoted for bespoke packages will expire after 60 days.
• These courses will run when we have sufficient numbers. Course to be paid for when booking unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please make cheques payable to Arena Training Centre Limited or you can pay via card over the telephone or in person.

Payment Terms — AM2 for Sheffield Meadowhall and York

Assessments must be paid for in full when booking in order for your position to be reserved. Arena Training Centre reserves the right to reallocate your booking where it has not been paid for in full.

Full AM2 / Initial AM2 assessments

• Cancellations within 10 working days of the assessment start date, or non-attendance, are chargeable at 100% of the full rate.
• Bookings cancelled with more than 10 working days' notice of the assessment start date will be fully refunded.

AM2 Resits

• AM2 Re-sits that are cancelled within 7 days of the booking will incur a cost of 25% of the re-sit value.
